Taken from St Ninian's point looking out over the Firth of Clyde towards the small island of Inchmarnock in the foreground and the Isle of Arran beyond. Although the harsh early afternoon light made for challenging conditions I couldn't resist taking this view with the gathering clouds over the towering peaks and the dense mound of Sea thrift nestled in the craggy rocks.
